Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us immediately at organicnaturalgirl@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Errors determined to be on our part will be covered at our expense.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
If you notice an address error before your order is printed or shipped, contact us immediately and we will try our best to update it at no extra charge.
Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, we are unable to replace or refund the order.
Wrong Address / Insufficient Address
If the courier deems the address insufficient and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once a correct address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require payment of reshipment costs before being sent again.
